Where do my photos go?
They stay on the device. The app does not send them anywhere.
What can I convert?
HEIC, HEIF, JPEG, and PNG into JPG, PNG, or a PDF. Several images can be merged into one PDF.
What does the free version include?
5 conversions a day. A batch larger than the remaining allowance is not converted.
What does Unlock Unlimited include?
Unlimited conversions and unlimited batch size, bought once. No subscription.
Does it work offline?
Conversion does. Buying or restoring needs a connection to the App Store once.
How do I restore a purchase?
Settings, Restore Purchases, with the same Apple ID.
How do refunds work?
Request the refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why did a photo fail?
It may still be only in iCloud, be too large, or be a type the app does not read. Check the connection and try again.
What iOS version?
iOS 17 or later, on iPhone and iPad.
